Vegan Protein Bowl Meal Prep

Below are all the items and recipes for sauces you will precook and place in bowls to refrigerate and create different Vegan Protein Bowls out of them all week long! Is hop at Trader Joe's, Sprouts, Whole Food, and Natural Grocers to get all of these items!

Shopping list-

Tamari

Extra Firm Tofu- Non Gmo Organic

Tahini (near almond butter in Sprouts)

Almond Butter

Honey

Avocado Oil

Olive Oil

Nutritional Yeast

Dijon Mustard

Can of Reduced Salt Organic Chick Peas

Siracha

Rice Vinegar

Chopped Garlic

Edamame & Spirulina Pasta- Add Garlic and olive oil to this as it tastes a bit earthy for some so season it alot-Sweet potato Pasta is great if you can find it!

Red Quinoa

Avocado

Oregano, Salt & Pepper

Extra Firm Non-GMO Organoc Tofu

Beyond Meat of your choice- Meat Balls, Sausage, or Burgers

Country Crock Plant-Based Butter with Olive Oil

Tofutti Sour Cream Alternative

Broccoli, Carrots, Brussel Sprouts, Green Beans, Zucchini, Sweet Potatoes, Mushrooms, Avacado


Mother Earth Sauce- Place all items in a blender and mix well

4 TBSP Almond Butter

2/4 Cup Avacado Oil

2/4 Cup Tamari

2 tsp Honey

2 tsp Garlic Powder

1-2 tsp siracha


Hippie Sauce- Place all items in a blender and mix well, this recipe can be cut in half for 1-2 servings

2/4 Cup Tahini

2/4 Cup Water

2 TBSP Rice Vinegar or white wine vinegar

4 tsp Honey

4 tsp Siracha

6 TBSP Nutritional Yeast

Salt and Pepper To Taste


Dice Roasted Vegetables- Add a light coating of olive oil, Oregano, salt, and pepper to taste on the veggies and mix well, place on a cookie sheet bake on 420 for 20-30 minutes, I like mine more crispy so sometimes I go as long as 40 min for sweet potatoes.

Sweet Potatoes and Green Beans- Broccoli, 1 Can Drained Chick Peas, Brussel Sprouts, Carrots, and Zucchini

Sliced Protein Options-Beyond Meat- Meat Balls- Italian Sausage- Burgers cooked in an air fryer for 15 minutes and sliced. Tofu Pressed and marinated in any of your favorite seasonings, you can bake, fry or put in on the Tragger, your choice!
